Circumstances impeded his goals; owning a French Bistro, and career as a Chef de Cuisine. Instead, he dedicated himself  to pursuing his artistic endeavors, his true calling in life, painting. He complemented his art related studies from Eastern Washington University by attaining a Fine Arts Graphic Design degree from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington in 2012.

In the mid 80’s he was the Art Gallery Director on board the cruise ship M/V Stardancer for Admiral Cruises and Sundance Cruises. It was during this time that the pursuits as a professional artist ensued and continue until today.
